Plasticised PVC Foam
A reputation for
High Performance Plasticised PVC Foam
We’ve earned a strong reputation for our plasticised PVC foams, continually developing innovative products for organisations all over the world, in industries as diverse as automotive manufacture, heating, construction and stationery. Wherever they’re used, they create a highly effective seal against air, dust, water, vibration and sound.
We offer both open-cell and closed-cell PVC foams in a whole range of densities, from as low as 90 Kgs/m 3 , right up to 400 Kgs/m 3 . Our expert team can manufacture them with the specific technical properties your project needs, including flame retardancy, static dissipation, slow and fast recovery, high-frequency weldability and bespoke firmness.
For the right finished look, we can colour match your foam, as well as creating different surface effects, from matte or leather look to super glossy. There’s also the option of casting fabrics like terry cloth or knits in tandem with your foam, creating a solid, wearable skin that you can print for promotional items or point of sale materials.
Our technicians can even laminate pressure-sensitive adhesives to our foams, producing log cut rolls for the DIY sector, ideal for draught seals, die-cut shapes and gaskets.
