We design and supply high quality, low cost cross-linked closed cell foam at Zouch that’s perfect for packaging and inserts. When closed cell foam has been cross-linked, it’s stronger, denser and slightly heavier than open cell foam - making the foam much more durable.

Its impervious cells are resistant to air, water and liquid leaks preventing any mould and bacteria growth. We can add EVA or metallocene to our closed cell foam to make the foam softer and more elastic dependent on project requirements.

Our closed cell foam can be supplied in sheets and rolls and we can split, saw, rout, die cut, water-jet cut, butt-weld, laminate, adhere, thermoform or compression mould all and cut to size all of our foams to create even the most complex shapes and sizes.

We can also add an adhesive, pressure-sensitive backing to easily stick our foam to different packaging materials, such as plastics and cardboard. Foam can be flocked to give the appearance and feel of velvet to add that little extra touch of luxury to showcase products.
