Foam Drawer Inserts and Cushions for Luxury Watch Display and Storage

Displaying watches is a game changer for many retail outlets when selling high end, luxury watches that can sometimes have a much longer ‘shelf life’ due to the cost of the item. Beautifully laid out, flocked and uniformly positioned display inserts can truly add to the aspirational desire of consumers looking for an affluent timepiece.

foam

Our ZOUCH eFoam IXPE 20 has been used recently by Dean Watson for his bespoke interiors. It’s a highly durable and strong closed cell foam, which is perfect for regular use and display purposes.

Due to its chemical inertness, it doesn’t release any gasses or chemicals that my rot or tinge metal products on display. The closed cell foam itself is part of our wide range of hygienic foam sponges we produce and is inherently water and chemically resistant, flame retardant and very low weight. That makes it perfect for use in retail displays or even bespoke displays for at home dressing rooms and luxury consoles.

foam inserts

We supplied Dean Watson with our ZOUCH eFoam IXPE 20 in black which is a Closed Cell Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam at 45 Kgs/m3 density. We routed out 12 apertures to form an insert to display luxury watches within a display cabinet’s drawers. This ensured that the display insert was completely bespoke, measured and cut to size to snugly fit within the drawer. Read more about this project with our case study.
