These foam tapes are high performance single sided foam or foil tapes used for a wide range of industrial applications. Supplied with different adhesive systems, substrates and liners, the ZOUCH Sealing & Insulation foam tapes are suitable for sealing against water, air, dust, noise and general weather. These foam tape and Compriband products are all pressure sensitive, easy and quick to apply, clean to use with no drying time and are economical and consistent.
Our foam tapes range of sealing and insulation products are high performing self adhesive tapes consisting of foams, compriband, cellular rubbers, metal films and supplementary materials.
Included in this range of foam tapes are soft, medium and firm closed cell foams, compriband and sponge rubbers. These closed cell foams, sponge rubber and foam tapes have been developed for cushioning, anti-slip, sound absorption, weather-stripping and insulation devices. Sponge Rubber has very good ageing, weathering and ozone resistance.
Zouch Converters can supply all foam tape products in a range of formats including sheets, log rolls and slit rolls, die cut shapes or pads, spools, gaskets or washers to suit every application requirement.
The ZOUCH sealing & insulation foam tapes are available in a range of formulations to meet the requirements of each application. Each formulation has slightly different characteristics which help determine which tape is best for you.

ZOUCHband 3E IDA
ZOUCHBAND 3E IDA is a high performance multifunctional tape for the connecting joints when installing windows and doors. The specially impregnated and pre-compressed tape is particularly suited for connection joints sealing e.g. between a wall and the frame. The combination of impregnated foams and function membranes ensures an RAL-conform sealing according to the principle "inside tighter than outside".
ZOUCHBAND 3E IDA simultaneously ensures a high level of sound and thermal insulation as well as sealing a joint against Air, Dust and Water. This high quality self adhesive tape has been developed for extremely fast and safe sealing and insulation of window and doors and offers great saving of time and costs.

ZOUCHkonekt SD
ZOUCHkonekt SD is a humidity regulating special foil for sealing joints, suitable for sealing window and door perimeter joints in both internal and external areas. The fleece covered special foil is equipped with a pressure sensitive self-adhesive strip for a quick and proficient application on window framework. The foil can also be equipped with an additional butyl adhesive strip for mounting onto a wall.

ZOUCHlen 110
A single-sided low to medium density physically cross-linked Polyethylene foam with closed cells which is appropriate for sealing, insulation, protecting and soft storing applications. Will seal out condensation, air, light and dust. ZOUCHlen 110 is ideal where cost is a critical factor.

ZOUCHlen 111
A single-sided physically cross-linked flexible soft Polyethylene foam with closed cells, reinforced by a fixed film laminate to help eliminate stretch of material and improve the tensile strength when in application. “Quick Roll” enables rapid and improved working without the need of a release liner. ZOUCHlen 111 is commonly used for sealing, insulating, protecting and soft storing applications. For a Flame Retardant version see ZOUCHlen 111-G.

ZOUCHlen 111 W
ZOUCHlen 111 - W is primarily a white foam compression sealant, it is predominantly closed cell and has a rubber pressure sensitive adhesive coating on one side and a polyethylene fixed liner on the other non-adhesive face. This product is clean to use and offers a clean edge finish and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
The superior qualities of ZOUCHlen 111 - W which include a high quality pressure-sensitive rubber resin adhesive, good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, very good UV resistance as well as resistance to abrasion, corrosion and moisture make it ideal to act as a weather seal and air/dust seal when compressed. It is often used for preventing electrolytic corrosion, for cushioning, for gap filling and for anti-slip mounting.

ZOUCHlen 111-G
A single-sided physically cross-linked flexible soft Polyethylene foam with closed cells and a synthetic rubber coated adhesive developed especially for the partition wall, suspended ceilings and flooring industry as a reliable indoor acoustic sound insulation tape. The product is reinforced by a fixed film laminate to help eliminate stretch of material and improve the tensile strength when in application without problems. Test certificates are available on the product’s acoustic qualities and its behaviour under fire (heavily inflammable in the joint).

ZOUCHlen 120
A single-sided physically cross-linked flexible Polyethylene foam with closed cells and a smooth surface, coated with a synthetic rubber adhesive reinforced by a scrim thread. The product is commonly used for hand placing in window glazing. ZOUCHlen 120 is also used for many sealing (dust & draught), insulating, protecting and soft storing applications. It also can be used as a cold-bridging tape within the roofing sector or as a partition wall tape due to its superior conformability and compressibility which allows it to adhere well to textured and irregular surfaces. Not recommended where there is constant direct exposure to UV light. ZOUCHlen 120 is a budget solution if costs are an issue.

ZOUCHlen 122
Consists of a single-sided physically cross-linked flexible low density Polyethylene foam with closed cells and an EVA additive to give the product extra elasticity. The product is used for sealing, cushioning, and sound absorption and also serves as protection and insulation. The EVA foams are generally more resilient, tougher and stronger than the conventional Polyethylene foams.

ZOUCHlen 210
Consists of a one side self adhesive cross-linked closed cell Polyethylene foam with a firm density. The product is designed for use in the most demanding foam sealing or cushioning applications. High internal strength resists pressure from outside forces and high hardness (65 shore 00) resists deterioration.

ZOUCHlen T19/08
A single-sided physically cross-linked flexible polyethylene foam with closed cells, reinforced by a fixed polyester film which allows the cover to glide over the frame preventing abrasion and snagging of the cover during construction of polytunnels. It will also help eliminate stretch of material and improve the tensile strength when in application. ZOUCHlen T19/08 is commonly used as an anti hot-spot tape for polythene tunnel greenhouses.

ZOUCHseal 160
A single-sided medium density flexible PVC Foam sealant with mostly closed cells and a very smooth surface. Often used in HVAC applications for sealing and cushioning and for truck cab & body seals. It has excellent dimensional stability and insulates against temperature. The tape provides an excellent combination of flexibility and conformability with both strength and wear resistance as a main factor. It will perform in those “tough duty” applications where a tape must still be flexible to fit and seal. The special design of the tape “Quick Roll” enables rapid and improved working and prevents stretching during installation. Again, like the majority of our ZOUCH insulation tapes, the ZOUCHseal 160 is totally UV stable.

ZOUCHseal 200
A single-single medium to firm density flexible PVC Foam sealant with mostly closed cells and a very smooth surface finish. ZOUCHseal 200 is mainly used as a seal, shock or vibration absorber due to its excellent conformability and tensile strength. It is UV stable and has very good ageing properties against moisture, corrosion and abrasion. ZOUCHflex CM-A is a soft closed-cell cross-linked foam rubber which is self-adhesive on one side. This product offers a cheaper alternative to our ZOUCHflex CM-L (pure EPDM sponge) by reducing the density.

ZOUCHflex CM-L
A single-sided self-extinguishing medium density EPDM Sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. Sponge Rubber has very good ageing, weathering and ozone resistance along with an excellent working temperature. Sponge rubber is not recommendable for long term contact with mineral oils and fats, nonpolar and chlorinated solvents, aromatics and strong oxidized acids. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex CM-L Sponge rubber will not penetrate any water or liquids and has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. Sponge rubber is a cost effective economical material which can also be used as a shock absorber due to the excellent cushioning characteristics it inherits. ZOUCHflex CM-L Sponge Rubber has excellent weather resistance and can be used as a non slip backing material for applications such as mouse-mats and coasters. Additional uses for Sponge Rubber are roofing, heat insulation seals, air conditioners and refrigerator showcase seals and many civil engineering, construction and vehicle applications.

ZOUCHflex CM-RN
ZOUCHflex DK
A single-sided medium density Black blended sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. ZOUCHflex DK is based on a polymeric blend of Neoprene and Nitrile compounds and is oil, chemical and acid resistant along with flame retardant to a more vigorous standard. This unique material has a very fine cell structure and a broad temperature range. It has excellent dimensional stability and being a closed cell material; ZOUCHflex DK will not penetrate any water or liquids and also has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. Heavily certified to a number of OEM’s including General Motors and Chrysler and complies with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for various safety standards. Used for many critical sealing, insulating and damping applications that requires certifications or approvals of conformity.

ZOUCHflex EL 55-70
ZOUCHflex EL 55-70 is a premium quality flexible closed cell elastometric sponge material which has a Nitrile base. It has excellent thermal properties making it ideal for pipe insulation and doesn’t crack or become brittle at exceptionally low temperatures. It is also dust free, fibre free and CFC friendly.

ZOUCHflex NF 150
A single-sided medium density pure Grey neoprene sponge rubber with closed cells. This product is inherently resistant to chemicals, acids and oils along with its excellent flame retardant properties according to FMVSS 302 and UL94 HBF makes this product the ideal material choice for the automotive sector. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex NF 150 will not penetrate any water or liquids and has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. ZOUCHflex NW 152
A single-sided medium density pure Black Neoprene sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. This product is based on Polychloroprene and has excellent chemical, solvent and oil resistance along with good flame retardant features according to FMVSS 302. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex NW 152 will not penetrate any water or liquids and has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. It also has a very broad temperature range. It is especially suited when flame resistance, oil and fat resistance or a high compressive strength is required. ZOUCH 2000 Sealer
A single sided highly compressible special semi-closed cell EPDM foam sealant. Conforms well to gaps with rough surfaces as well as to expansion and contraction caused by temperature change. This product has excellent chemical and UV resistance, excellent weatherability and high resistance to low and high temperatures. Used for many sealing applications, waterproofing, windbreak, dust proofing, sound damping or as a thermal insulating material.

ZOUCHEXPANDAFOAM BG1
Compriband is a single sided high quality heavily impregnated Polyurethane foam joint sealing tape. Compriband consists of pre-compressed saturated foam with an acrylic impregnation that will slowly expand up to 5 times its original thickness. The finished product is supplied in pre-compressed coils or rolls and has a self adhesive backing protected by a silicone release paper. When released from its packaging and unwound, the Compriband product will slowly expand like a spring (speed depends on temperature conditions) to fill a cavity or gap taking up any irregularities, therefore creating a seal. Compriband is approved to DIN 4102-1 fire behavior B1. Excellent ageing, weather and UV resistance, this product is appropriate for many sealing applications especially the outside joints at windows and doors, which are exposed to direct weathering. Other Compriband applications include: roof lights, structural concrete joints and pre-cast panel joints; sealing and finishing of roofing and cladding panels; wood construction – log homes and cabins; perimeter sealing of conservatory systems between brick work and plate plus many others.
