ZOUCHkousti SORB 24 M is a flexible open cell foam containing a flame retardant additive to reduce ease of ignition used for acoustic absorption applications.
A flexible polyurethane foam which offers excellent sound absorption coupled with exceptional fire retardant properties. ZOUCHkousti FR SUPER offers fire protection which is second to none, and does not melt or produce burning particles. Under attack by fire, a stable carbon char is formed protecting any underlying material. These properties are not effected by dust or ageing.
ZOUCHflex K is a single-sided highly compressible semi closed-cell NBR (Nitrile Blend) foam sealant supplied with or without a pressure-sensitive acrylic self-adhesive backing. The product conforms well to gaps with rough surfaces as well as to expansion and contraction caused by temperature change. ZOUCHflex K is commonly used for many sealing, insulating, protecting and noise reduction applications mainly within the automotive sector.
ZOUCHflex EL 55-70 is a premium quality flexible closed cell elastometric sponge material which has a Nitrile base. It has excellent thermal properties making it ideal for pipe insulation and doesn’t crack or become brittle at exceptionally low temperatures. It is also dust free, fibre free and CFC friendly.
