Zouch Converters provide high performance technical materials for the automotive industry that are both cost-effective, light-weight and durable for the most demanding of applications.
Working directly with OEMs and the supply chain we can provide custom-made components to facilitate ease of application for use in interior and exterior seals, gaskets and trims. It is Zouch Converters’ objective to provide premium products in a cost-effective manner utilising new engineering techniques to keep up with the ever-changing dynamics of the automotive industry.

ZOUCHmask 1199
ZOUCHmask 1199 is a crepe paper, coated with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. ZOUCHmask 1199 is a proven industry leading tape that is a fantastic all-round masking tape. It is designed primarilly as an all-purpose product for non-critical applications within the building, painting and D.I.Y market.

ZOUCHmask 1210
ZOUCHmask 1210 is a high-quality blue creped paper masking tape. The special adhesive provides clean removability from a wide variety of surfaces, for up to 14 days. This product offers excellent UV resistance. ZOUCHmask 1210 is designed primarily as an all-purpose product for non-critical applications within the building, painting and D.I.Y market; this tape is excellent for even the most demanding of paint application.

ZOUCHmask ST 65
ZOUCHmask ST 65 is a high-quality single-sided polyethylene tape with serrated edges for easy tearing. This product is highly conformable and flexible, offers 30 day clean removal and bonds well to glass, aluminium, plastic and wood. ZOUCHmask ST 65 is designed primarily as an all-purpose product for outdoor masking applications, stucco and plaster masking as well as for surface protection.

ZOUCHmount EHB
An extremely powerful double sided high performing mounting tape that offers extreme holding power in static and dynamic loads. Visco-elastic properties absorb shock and distribute stress evenly for bonding power that helps eliminate mechanical fasteners, rivets & spot welding. ZOUCHmount 125 SA-150

ZOUCHprotekt 1265 and ZOUCHprotekt 1366
ZOUCHprotekt 1265 and ZOUCHprotekt 1366 surface protection tapes are high-quality, transparent polyurethane films with superior resistance to ultra-violet radiation coated one side with pure acrylate-based adhesive. Our ZOUCHprotekt surface protection films are extraordinarily resistant to abrasion as well as possessing excellent dampening properties. They have excellent tensile strength and mechanical disruptive strength; the films can be printed on or painted over with high quality varnishes.

ZOUCHlen 110
A single-sided low to medium density physically cross-linked Polyethylene foam with closed cells which is appropriate for sealing, insulation, protecting and soft storing applications. Will seal out condensation, air, light and dust. ZOUCHlen 110 is ideal where cost is a critical factor.

ZOUCHlen 120
A single-sided physically cross-linked flexible Polyethylene foam with closed cells and a smooth surface, coated with a synthetic rubber adhesive reinforced by a scrim thread. The product is commonly used for hand placing in window glazing. ZOUCHlen 120 is also used for many sealing (dust & draught), insulating, protecting and soft storing applications. It also can be used as a cold-bridging tape within the roofing sector or as a partition wall tape due to its superior conformability and compressibility which allows it to adhere well to textured and irregular surfaces. Not recommended where there is constant direct exposure to UV light. ZOUCHlen 120 is a budget solution if costs are an issue.

ZOUCHflex F-180
A single-sided medium density natural sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. It exhibits good conformability with excellent dimensional stability and will maintain its physical properties under various conditions. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex F-180 will not penetrate any water or liquids. The product is extensively used for sealing, damping, and insulating, protecting and soft storing applications.

ZOUCHflex CM-A
ZOUCHflex CM-A is a soft closed-cell cross-linked foam rubber which is self-adhesive on one side. This product offers a cheaper alternative to our ZOUCHflex CM-L (pure EPDM sponge) by reducing the density.

ZOUCHflex CM-L
A single-sided self-extinguishing medium density EPDM Sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. It has very good ageing, weathering and ozone resistance along with an excellent working temperature. Not recommendable is long term contact with mineral oils and fats, nonpolar and chlorinated solvents, aromatics and strong oxidized acids. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex CM-L will not penetrate any water or liquids and has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. This product is a cost effective economical material which can also be used as a shock absorber due to the excellent cushioning characteristics it inherits. ZOUCHflex CM-L has excellent weather resistance and can be used as a non slip backing material for applications such as mouse-mats and coasters. Additional uses for roofing, heat insulation seals, air conditioners and refrigerator showcase seals and many civil engineering, construction and vehicle applications.

ZOUCHflex CM-RN
ZOUCHflex K
ZOUCHflex K is a single-sided highly compressible semi closed-cell NBR (Nitrile Blend) foam sealant supplied with or without a pressure-sensitive acrylic self-adhesive backing. The product conforms well to gaps with rough surfaces as well as to expansion and contraction caused by temperature change. ZOUCHflex K is commonly used for many sealing, insulating, protecting and noise reduction applications mainly within the automotive sector.

ZOUCHflex DK
A single-sided medium density Black blended sponge rubber with closed cells and excellent recovery under pressure. ZOUCHflex DK is based on a polymeric blend of Neoprene and Nitrile compounds and is oil, chemical and acid resistant along with flame retardant to a more vigorous standard. This unique material has a very fine cell structure and a broad temperature range. It has excellent dimensional stability and being a closed cell material; ZOUCHflex DK will not penetrate any water or liquids and also has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. Heavily certified to a number of OEM’s including General Motors and Chrysler and complies with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for various safety standards. Used for many critical sealing, insulating and damping applications that requires certifications or approvals of conformity.

ZOUCHflex EL 55-70
ZOUCHflex EL 55-70 is a premium quality flexible closed cell elastometric sponge material which has a Nitrile base. It has excellent thermal properties making it ideal for pipe insulation and doesn’t crack or become brittle at exceptionally low temperatures. It is also dust free, fibre free and CFC friendly.

ZOUCHflex NF 150
A single-sided medium density pure Grey neoprene sponge rubber with closed cells. This product is inherently resistant to chemicals, acids and oils along with its excellent flame retardant properties according to FMVSS 302 and UL94 HBF makes this product the ideal material choice for the automotive sector. Being a closed cell material, ZOUCHflex NF 150 will not penetrate any water or liquids and has excellent UV and Ozone resistance. It also has very good high ageing properties and restoring forces and will not crack or become brittle over time. Used for many critical sealing, insulating and damping applications.

ZOUCHEXPANDAFOAM BG1
A single sided high quality heavily impregnated Polyurethane foam joint sealing tape. Consists of pre-compressed saturated foam with an acrylic impregnation that will slowly expand up to 5 times its original thickness. The finished product is supplied in pre-compressed coils or rolls and has a self adhesive backing protected by a silicone release paper. When released from its packaging and unwound, the product will slowly expand like a spring (speed depends on temperature conditions) to fill a cavity or gap taking up any irregularities, therefore creating a seal. Approved to DIN 4102-1 fire behavior B1. Excellent ageing, weather and UV resistance, this product is appropriate for many sealing applications especially the outside joints at windows and doors, which are exposed to direct weathering. Other applications include: roof lights, structural concrete joints and pre-cast panel joints; sealing and finishing of roofing and cladding panels; wood construction – log homes and cabins; perimeter sealing of conservatory systems between brick work and plate plus many others.

ZOUCHcoll 441
ZOUCHcoll 441 is a double-sided self-adhesive PET tape with an acrylic adhesive. The tape is coated with a strong acrylic adhesive on two sides and comes complete with a red MOPP liner. ZOUCHcoll 441 offers a permanent reliable bond to plastic and low surface energy substrates. It is widely used for mounting of ABS plastic parts in the automotive industry and also for self-adhesive mounting of E.P.D.M rubber mouldings.
